Weather & Operator Cancellations
If we must cancel a ride due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
Cancellations 24 Hours or More Before the Ride
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride are eligible for a full refund or a gift certificate at no additional charge.
Cancellations Between 24 Hours and 2 Hours Before the Ride
Cancellations made between 24 hours and 2 hours before the scheduled ride are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, or guests may choose to receive a gift certificate for the full value at no additional charge.
Cancellations Within 2 Hours of the Ride
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled ride are non-refundable. However, guests may reschedule their ride for a $50 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive at the scheduled time are considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
